We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining and improving mission-critical web and mobile applications for our clients. Given our portfolio of customers, it is essential that our applications remain robust, secure, and future-proof. This role includes responsibilities across both manual and automated testing, as well as application support and system maintenance.

Provide application support by handling client inquiries and resolving reported issues and incidents.
Fulfill service and change requests, and document them appropriately.
Identify, investigate, and document software defects and issues, working with developers to track and resolve them.
Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and/or Playwright.
Perform regression testing and verify bug fixes in staging and production environments.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to test and deploy defect fixes, enhancements, and patches in accordance with project methodologies.
Conduct user requirement analysis and support the definition, tracking, and documentation of project requirements.
Coordinate and support monthly system maintenance and hotfix deployments.
Propose improvements to reduce recurring issues and enhance system stability.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with excellent academic performance or strong relevant experience.
This role is based in Bandung, and on-site presence is required.
At least 1 year of experience in software maintenance, support, or QA testing.
Experience with both manual and automation testing (using Selenium or Playwright or similar tools).
Solid communication and writing skills in English.
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business and functional concepts.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work well under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and execute basic queries.
Understanding of web technologies, user interfaces, client-server environments, operating systems (Unix & Windows), databases, and middleware.
