Assist in providing application support to resolve reported issues, incidents, and bugs, and communicating with internal teams and clients timely.
Document and track incidents, service requests, change requests, bug reports and user requirement analysis for regular progress reports and application enhancements.
Collaborate with support teams, developers, and product managers to test and deploy application defect fixes, enhancements, and patches in accordance with project methodologies.
Participate in regular system maintenance, upgrade activities, and regression testing after bug resolution.
Contribute to creating detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Work closely with internal teams to understand system requirements and monitor debugging process results.
Assist in reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide valuable feedback.
Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking progress, and documentation.
Suggest improvements to address recurring issues and improve monitoring processes.
Final year/semester student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Infocomm Technology, Computer, or Electronics Engineering.
Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Understanding of basic SQL queries is a plus.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Strong and avid interest in web and mobile applications.
The internship is based in Bandung, Indonesia, and requires on-site presence.
