HR Generalist

We are a Singapore-based software consulting firm seeking a well-rounded and proactive HR Generalist to support the daily operations of our Bandung office and drive employee engagement. You’ll serve as the go-to HR person for the local team - managing internal HR activities, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth coordination with our Indonesia and Singapore teams.

Responsibilities

People Engagement & HR Operations

  • Be a friendly, reliable HR representative for the Bandung office, creating a welcoming and supportive work atmosphere.

  • Organize and facilitate employee onboarding and support retention efforts.

  • Coordinate performance review sessions and track relevant timelines.

  • Plan and lead team-building and employee engagement activities.

  • Support and improve HR processes, including internal communications, employee experience, and employer branding initiatives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with top engineering universities in Indonesia to maintain a strong hiring funnel and  recruit interns and fresh graduates.

  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, hackathons, and other talent engagement initiatives in Bandung.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supply management, facilities, and basic IT needs.

  • Coordinate internal meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and scheduling activities across teams.

  • Serve as a liaison between the Bandung office and other departments to ensure operational alignment.

  • Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc operational support as needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields.

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in HR, operations, administration, or coordination roles.

  • Skills in scheduling tools, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, or basic reporting.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal).

  • Personable, friendly, and approachable - you’re the person people feel comfortable going to.

  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

  • Available working fully onsite at our Bandung office.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in startups, small teams, or tech companies.

  • Exposure to internal HR process improvements or employee experience projects.

  • A background in IT operations or PMO is a plus, but not required.
